2Processing & delivery times

1. Order placedInstant confirmation email. Our team monitors every order from start to finish.
2. ProcessingMost orders ship within 1–3 business days. Items from our furniture suppliers may need one extra day.
3. On the roadShipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS (occasionally DHL by location). Tracking emailed the moment your label is created.
4. DeliveredMost orders arrive within 4–7 business days of ordering.

3Tracking your order

You’ll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 12 hours for the number to become trackable on the carrier’s site — packages must be scanned first. Still nothing after 24 hours? Email sales@adorethedecor.com and we’ll chase it for you.

Haven’t received a tracking number yet? Don’t worry — our team monitors every order, and some orders that take a few days to ship still arrive within 1–3 days.

4Carriers & addresses

  • We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS; DHL may be used depending on location and availability
  • Every order shipped by us includes tracking and shipping updates
  • PO Boxes are not accepted for UPS/FedEx shipments — please use a street address

5Where we ship

Shipping is currently available for the lower 48 states. Outside that area? Contact us directly — we’re often able to arrange discounted rates for Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories and international destinations.

6Freight delivery (furniture & heavy items)

Large pieces ship via LTL freight. Most freight deliveries arrive within 3–6 business days; some can take up to 2 weeks depending on supplier lead times and carrier capacity. We track and follow every freight order from our suppliers from start to finish so you don’t have to — and if there’s an unexpected delay, we notify you immediately. Want an estimate before you order? Just ask.

Freight is curbside delivery Freight shipments do not include inside delivery, setup or assembly. If you’d like your purchase delivered inside or assembled, contact us for a quote — costs vary by product.
